Other than being real ugly, any forseeable issue with these? I want to disable pwm with my 2ohm injectors.

How many injectors are you running? Many oems used resistor packs with multiple resistors in a single die-cast aluminum housing. Snip one off a mid-90's Honda, and you get a four resistors with a nice sealed connector as well.
