I just found out that these injectors are 6VOLT, is it possible to drive them with Megasquirt??
Or do i need some kind of voltreducer.
This is for the moment a big BUMMER.....
Ho can i determen the amperage of thes injectors, just hooking 6 volt to them with a amp meter in between?
Thanks for anny sugestions

Use an adjustable power supply and meaasure at what current they open .
Add a safety margin of 25% and use that as a hold current .
Peak current is usually 4 times higher .
You can still drive them with ms , but you'll need the pwm function .

hey Pat, thanks for the reply, i over reacted a little to much.
I spoke a electrotechnic and he suggested a 4 Ohm 25 watt resistor to be on the save side to reduce the voltage and using pwm.
Im conserned on the spike of 12 volts these things can get trou MS so i gonna go for the resistors.

Are you sure the injectors are 6 volt .
A friend of mine is running bi-gas injectors and he's driving them with a std megasquirt without pwm .
