The MegaSquirt Project has experienced explosive growth other the years, with hundreds of new MS installations occurring every week - a phenomenal success! MegaSquirt has been successfully used in all aspects of Internal Combustion engine applications including R&D, Industry, Race, and Research. The MS project has transformed itself from a simple R&D project into a full-featured mature engine control system. To reflect this the support structure has also changed to meet the needs of MegaSquirt Users.
Moving forward, the R&D forums for MegaSquirt project are in a read-only mode - no new forum posts are accepted.

Feel free to search the forums for information, facts, and overview.While the R&D forum traffic has slowed in recent years, this is not at all a reflection of Megasquirt users, which continue to grow year after year. hi im currently wiring my v3 board up i got the board built and setup by bill shuvington so it will run 20vt coilpacks 1 per cylinder your best bet is to speak to bill
good luck. i tried with the vr sensor and had too many difficulties, i just ran with a audi 80 dizzy and used the stock coil. to get the coil to work i had to wire two wires coming directly off of the coil. the third is the little ignition module sitting under the coil. you dont need that
i think that trig A should be the tooth at the vr sensor when the crank is (TriggerAngle) before TDC, trig return A is TDC, trig B should be (TriggerAngle)+180, trig return B is 2(TriggerAngle)+180
(TriggerAngle) is the maximum retard
note that I am probably wrong, this is just what I can tell from the documentation
