If you are using the Hall input circuit for fuel only, the only thing you really have to worry about are the 'next-pulse tolerances' and yours look fine.
I'm a little confused where you say, "installed all components for coil negative input and I'm wondering if any of my ignition settings are impacting my no-start situation at this point. My Hall Effect sensor puts out a signal when the sensor-magnet is not shielded by the rotating vanes if that helps ?" Are you using the negative of the coil to trigger, or the Hall sensor? These require slightly different components (C30 is ommitted for Hall, for example). there's more in steps 50.a) and 50.b) here: <http://www.megasquirt.info/ms2/V3assemble.htm#input>
Lance.

What I meant to ask was - Given that I do have both the Hall input and coil negative input circuitry installed on my board could my ignition settings be incorrect for my current coil negative input.I'm wondering if the signal coming in on term 24 (db37) from the coil negative is being seen by the parallel Hall circuit and having an impact on how my MSII handles fueling? Currently the Hall sensor output (from my distributor) goes to the OEM ignition circuit which controls the coil.Output 36 (db37) is not connected nor is input 7 (db37)
I figured that at the least I should have the "ignition input capture" set to "falling edge" because of the coil negative input and wondered about all the rest of the settings.
Thanks
