Can't get the car started

Ok I thought my IAC was the problem but I guess not.

I'm running MS2, with the V3 borad, 2.3 code, and megatune 2.25. My car is a '95 3.4L Camaro turbocharged with 65lb/hr injectors.

I can not get my car to start. It stumbles around but never fires up. I've played around with everything possible. I've attached my msq. What do I need to play around with? I think the problem is coming from my IAC bc the car was running before I switched IACs (i switch IAC because i had a bad IAC and the idle was way to high) Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong here? THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE HELP!!!!!

Have you tried holding the throttle open *a little bit* while attempting a start so as to simulate your older, apparently leaky IAC? Try that and let's go from there.

I don't have the codebase installed to be able to view your msq but I'm assuming this is one that worked prior? If not, do you have a copy of your previously running msq? If so, have you possibly fouled the plugs? Are you flooded? Is your battery nearly dead? Has the wiring harness/relay board/MS connector been disturbed and/or are you sure all is well connected? Trying to eliminate the more common problems before diving into metering things, etc. It's probably something very simple.

Thanks mike, it was something simple. I'm still breakin in my motor so between the oil and extremly rich mixture killed my plugs. I got some cheapo plugs in right now until i break in the motor somemore.

I also put the good IAC back in a tested to make sure I had it wired correctly and my idle is still around 2600rpm. My start point is 160, cranking is 100 and changing the temp steps seems to not do anything. Anybody know what step sizes work with the GM IAC's???

Good stuff!! I'm very glad you got that problem sorted out. Re the IAC - I do not have personal experience with these so would have to refer you to using the Search capability of the forum -or- start a new thread in the appropriate area. I do know many people have the GM IACs running so there should be a good knowledge base out there to get you up and running properly.
