I have no idea how to tune my IAC

Post by turbo3.4 »

Ok, right now my idle is around 2700rpm. i'm trying to tune my IAC but can't seem to figure out how to get the rpms to drop. when i cover the iac hole the rpms drop to normal. so i need the iac to be almost closes. what should i be adjusting here? also whats the best way to test to see if i wired up my iac correctly?

more info needed to help. Vehicle, engine, IAC type (Bosch, ford, 2 or 3 pin, how it is wired, which version of MSnS-E or MS-II, etc... If it is a stepper motor, it will not work with MSnS-E.
