TPS-Coolant leds on constant

Hi guys, ran thru the setup of the MS2 last night, installing my old 8X8 table and old peramiters from my v2.2. I am not controlling ignition with this unit yet, so I left as is default. I double checked my setting this morning and its still no good.

The tps and coolant lights stay on for a count of 130 then go off. Once the clock rolls over, they come on again for a 130 count. Nothing seems odd in megatune, real time display shows my coolant going up and down, and my tps works too, however, the ms shows accel enrichement, while the led is off, it still wont lite up, and same with the coolant. Seems no matter what I do, it wont work properly.

So for giggles, I installed in my truck and tried to start it, after about 15 seconds of cranking it blubbered on a few cylinders. I reinstaleld the v2.2 and after getting it unflooded, it sprang to life like usual.

I ran thru the setting again tonite with the MS doing the same thing, count of 0-130 tps and coolant stay on, from 131-255 lites off, then cycles another time. so I reburnt all the setting I changed again, checked the codes I installed, then it started to work. I have not tried it on the rig yet due to some other issues, but on the still, the accell lite just blinks when its plugged in now.
