This is my current msq (the one which runs o.k):
As far as I remember, I only changed dwell from 2.5ms to its current value and reduced spark time a bit to make the described retarded behaviour at about 10000RPM go away.

Engine starts and runs pretty well with these settings, my only slight concern is charging my coil under specs which shouldn't do any harm. So its more like a learning experience than an urgent need.

If your coil is lighting things off fine, no need to charge it to its full capacity.

I haven't gotten round to actually running your msq, but I noticed you have ignition #2 offset = 180 deg. You can't have that for a 1 cylinder, it is meant for odd-fire engines which must have 2 or more cylinders. So that definitely has to be changed to 0, but don't know what effect it is having as is.

Considered that, the engine runs pretty good with that settings :
(live logging from yesterday - 250kms pure fun Black Forest 2nd degree roads )

The idea was for wasted spark, having IGN1 fire at -180°, IGN2 at +180°, resulting in 360° offset so I have one ignition event every revolution (verified with timing light - looks good).

What would be your recommendation?

You should also get 360 deg offset between ign 1 and 2 with odd-fire offset = 0. I tried your msq and I don't see any problems, both ignition outputs alternate with 360 deg spacing. By moving trigger offset you move both simultaneously. The ignition outputs will always alternate. If you keep the 2 ignitions separate, you can only use one output - there is only one coil/ plug, so each output fires every 360 deg offset and Ign2 is unused. If Ign1 and Ign 2 are tied together, then each fires every 720 deg with 360 deg offset, but since they are tied together to 1 plug, that plug fires every 360 deg. Yours is set up correctly for Ign1,2 tied together, for which Skip_Teeth is 18 (360 deg).
