Which manual was this? The EDIS section in the uS manual says to use the OPTOIN+ (AMP 30) for PIP, OPTOIN- (AMP 31) to the EDIS module ground location, and IGNOUT (AMP 12) for the SAW signal to the EDIS module.

I noticed I was using a writeup for msextra... I followed the link you sent me but now there's no rpm signal. I don't have to jumper anything correct? Thats only for Megasquirt not uS? Also, I found this document http://www.useasydocs.com/theory/vr.htm. Do I follow the table near the bottom for Hall or Opto input?

Ah - there we go. I *knew* I had seen an updated write-up on the uS inputs ...

The EDIS page says to connect the PIP signal to OPTOIN+, and the new input page says to connect VR+ to Vref when using the OPTO circuit. Try that, see what happens ...

Nope, still nothing. I connected it to vref then tried +12 like it said. What's strange is why is it getting RPM when I connect vr - to the pip signal...

So, since I could only get a signal by following the msextra write up, I went ahead and installed it on my uS. I'm getting a crank signal and the injectors are firing beautifully! :yeah!: Thanks for helping me out dontz125!
