Dan,

Thanks for testing this and glad that things went reasonably well. The ipad array is just a space where new inputs are put to avoid having to move things around in memory but it gets shorter each time a new input is added, that's why TS gave the warning, but it can be ignored and shouldn't happen any more.

Sorry I forgot to mention that a new code download requires a new calibration of any sensor tables that are non-standard.

As far as the hot restart being lean, you have selected ASE on hot restart, so that should have helped. You also selected the 10-point table option for ASE and warmup enrichments, so you could extend the ASE above say 100-120 deg or enrichen ASE or warmup in this same region, or reduce hot intake air enleanment.

My coolant sensor does require a custom calibration. The values
looked close to what I expected, but a recalibrate may well help
the hot start issue.

Thanks for the critique on the tune. I understood the roles of ASE
and WUE, but I still managed to get it stuck in my head that the
temperature range needed to match.

I had seen posts about sensor calibration needing to be reset, so
I figured it out quick enough, and I'll remember it for the next time.

I 're'-calibrated my coolant sensor and found that I must have buggered it
up the first time. Prior to the upgrade I was seeing about 70F in the
morning, with ambient being around 50F. After this calibration round
coolant and ambient in the morning are only a few degrees apart.

As a result cold starts are smoother, hot starts a non-issue (after extending
ASE to higher temps) and idle generally smoother. I can also confirm
another couple of hours of BT connectivity without a drop.

I have no issues to report and happy that the update brought to light
config issues I have missed for months.
