I'll need to check your settings, can you post your MSQ?

Thanks Matt, file attached. While you are looking at it I hope you can find my next problem! I don't know if they are related but they could be.
I have every thing hooked up and have been trying to start but no luck. It is not flooded. For some reason I get prime pulse but no pulses during cranking. Voltage looks stable, dropping to around 11 volts during crank. Battery is brand new. As a test, I set prime up to 20 Msec and by turning the key on and off about 6 times, it will start for split second and then die. So I believe the injector is working. Also I pulled the connector to the injector and put a 1K resistor and a LED between the pins. I see the LED flash with the prime pulse but nothing while cranking. I also looked at it with my junky O scope but again saw only the prime pulse. I have adjusted the hot and cold cold cranking PW's all over the place but no effect. Temperature sensors are good, TPS and RPM are good, and the pulse width gauge shows what I expect for how I have the hot and cold PW set. Around 3 Msec for what I think are the right values for my motor (14.4 cold and 4 hot) and jump to around 11 or 12 when I set max values in for hot and cold. So it looks like MS calculates the PW values for the injector but for some reason will not send it out.
I keep looking for something in the setup that could cause this but no luck so far. The only setting I am a little confused about is flow rate in the fuel set up, general settings. it ask for injector flow in G/S. I assume this is grams per second? I calculated 3.024 Grams/Sec for my 24 LB/Hr injector. I haven't seen G/S used anywhere else so not sure at all if I guessed right. :?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

I see you have set it so the EGO correction is active only below 0 kPa under EGO settings - I suspect this is keeping it from updating.

Could you post a data log of an attempted start? Does cranking timing look OK with a timing light?
