MicroSquirt.com read only forum (Jan.15,2018)

Do you guys know what would cause the engine to run a lot better when we unplug microsquirt from the computer??? For example, if the microsquirt it plugged into the computer it starts up but wont idle, but if we unplug microsquirt from our computer, then it idles fine. Thanks

Laptop ground plane issues via the USB Serial port? IIRC there was a post by Bruce? about this. If you datalog the running engine, you will probably see what it is.
