The MegaSquirt Project has experienced explosive growth other the years, with hundreds of new MS installations occurring every week - a phenomenal success! MegaSquirt has been successfully used in all aspects of Internal Combustion engine applications including R&D, Industry, Race, and Research. The MS project has transformed itself from a simple R&D project into a full-featured mature engine control system. To reflect this the support structure has also changed to meet the needs of MegaSquirt Users.
Moving forward, the R&D forums for MegaSquirt project are in a read-only mode - no new forum posts are accepted.
However the forums will remain available for view, they still contain a wealth of information on how MegaSquirt works, how it is installed and used. Feel free to search the forums for information, facts, and overview. While the R&D forum traffic has slowed in recent years, this is not at all a reflection of Megasquirt users, which continue to grow year after year. What has changed is that the method of MegaSquirt support today has rapidly moved to Facebook, this is where the vast majority of interaction is happening now. For those not on Facebook the msextra forums is another place for product support. Finally, for product selection assistance, all of the MegaSquirt vendors are there to help you select a system, along with all of the required pieces to make it complete.
Forum for discussing how to install MicroSquirt(TM), choose and troubleshoot sensors, wiring, and communications for MicroSquirt (TM) and MicroSquirt Module(TM).

The msq you posted has zeros almost everywhere. This indicates something got corrupted in your msq file. To me it looks like your main problem is in the configuration/ Megatune area. Here is what I would do. Get a fresh download of 2.890 code and stick with this. The reason for the fresh download is because this will give you an msq that is consistent and works. Make sure you have the ini file for 2.890 code and review all you need to do to get MT working. Do NOT install your original msq, it is hosed up - at least the one you posted. You only need to set the ECU type under the General menu to 'Microsquirt' and all the default values will come to life. Take it to the car and without cranking bring up MT and move the throttle. You should see things change on the gauge. Also put some vacuum on the MAP by sucking on the hose end and you should again see consistent change on the MAP gauge. The values may not be correct, but they should move in the right direction by a reasonable amount. The datalog should also be correct. If these are ok, then you can proceed to datalog, and that should come out ok. If it does then your problem is probably solved and you can go on to calibrate TPs and change the variables that need to be changed for your engine. Save this msq and proceed from there. If you can't get MT to work, then I would re-install MT or (or try TS) from scratch carefully following the instructions.
I tried Tunestudio data log was oK, but the rest is still as in previous post. Load monitor and MSQ file an get valuse from A/D, can't calibrate TPS. Shut off power and turn it on again and all A/D values are 0. Also no RPM data, but timing light shows ignition is firing correctly. We are sending the unit back.

Downloaded a fresh copy of V2.89, installed, and same results. One funny thing, when I upload the monitor and then use Megatune, it takes 365 seconds to load and verify. If I look at the realtime using Tunestudio and then reload the monitor, it takes 25 seconds.
