Its in queue for me to complete.... I have a few out right now, awaiting feedback on its operation to make sure everything is 100%. When I get thumbs-up from the testers I will get them made up.

Anything available, and where?

Bruce,
Could I get the PCB info to make my own Utility board or can we buy them. I need a small board just for timming control.

OK - I have a run of boards that I need to have checked out. So I am looking for two people who will be willing to beta test the utility board/module setup. I will send you a microsquirt module, utility board and the interconnect connectors, this should be enough to get up and running. But in order to be a beta tester there are the following requirements:
1) You must assemble and actually run an engine with the board - within the next month or so. In fact we will not make these boards available until we get the feedback from the beta testers.
2) You report your findings back here to the list.
Again I stress that this is not just a free giveaway to sit on your desk - if you do not have the time to work with it and get an engine running in the very near term then do not be a beta tester. I am serious about this - remember that this costs us $$$s to do this.
If you are interested let me know.

Sounds like a good proposition.
Is there any chance you will mod the board to include the J1 header? Or do you have other plans for this area? I am only curious as it would make tuning the VR2 circuit easier.

Sounds like we have one participant!
At the moment there is no plans on the J1 header, mainly because of room constraints. To adjust the VR2 circuit you can always solder direct on the MM board at the J1 point.
Anyone else?

Thanks for that Bruce, but as I live in the UK, and because I do appreciate and am aware of your financial contributions you guys have to make upfront and your development losses, so I will need to make a contribution towards postage etc to maintain the status quo.
I do not need to freeload, as despite the hiccups I have had, I would be a lesser person without this journey.

I would be interested in this, but I would be using it to replace the microsquirt I have running the 4l80e, with James's transmission code. It would be a good test for the Microsquirt module and utilty board. But not a standard use for one. Let me know if you would want this as an example use, and thus a write up on the conversion/install.
Are these boards exactly the same as what has been displayed so far, or are there some changes and improvements??
thanks,
John

This could be an acceptable test... PM me your address and I can send it out.
The board is the same as displayed, just had a different board house make the PCBs.

Any update on the utility board? This would be very useful for prototyping!
