That sounds like either a calibration thing on the MS or LC-1 side, which I'm sure you've got set right. Or a voltge differential from having the ECU and LC-1 grounded at different points on the chassis. That will introduce a margine of error like this.
Any of those a possiblity?

They are both grounded (per suggestion at the VA meet) at the same point. They do have different power suppliers though, think that could be an issue?
I'm not sure how it could be a calibration issue.

Yeah it could be, it's less likely than on the ground but it's certainly possible to have a voltage differential on the + side as well... I went ahead and shared both the + and - on mine...

Alright, I'll try and swap it over then as time permits. Thanks for the support as usual.

Alright, I emailed them, I'll see what happens. This damage would have occured to the MS ECU itself correct? and not the wideband controller.

No, not to the ECU, to the LC-1's DAC. If that is the problem then the LC-1 will need to be returned to Innovate for repair/replacement under warranty. They'll be able to tell what's up pretty quickly.

Do you know of symptoms of this thing going bad? It might be the problem.

You pretty much described them-- the analog outputs fixed at a set voltage while the digital output continues to work properly...

Even today my digital inputs were whack.
It said it was idling at 25-30 AFR (which makes no sense), and I haven't changed anything since yesterday when the AFR was pefect on the digital output. I would hit the gas and it would go back to like 14-15, but it's still off.
When they give me an RMA number, am I going to have to send them both the 02 sensor and the controller?

Each situation is different depending on what they suspect the problem to be-- your best bet will be to contact them and fill them in on the issue and they will let you know what needs to be done to get to the bottom of things quickly.
