Setting up megatune with ms2

Post by nathaninwa »

Hi guys. Built an ms2 from start to finish without able to test it. Had my little brother install the s19 file (yesterday, latest version) and the MS came alive with all the leds working. When I installed megatune 2.25 there is no responce on the comunications page. I have set the speed to 115200, have installed what I think is eveything for MT, get the tuning screens for MT. Just wont shopw any action. Can plug in my V2.2 and run its MT and works fine. Any suggestions where I should start?

The megasquirt verified during the DLer he said, just wont communicate with MT.
Tho no troubles with V2.2

Can I install the ms2 chip onto my v2.2 board (plug and play) and see what happens? Or install the v2.2 onto the V3 board?

Did you follow all the steps on this page? Not only do you need to set the baud to 115200 but also change the code variant.

OK, got it figured out, sometimes things get kind of complicated for me when I see things like .ini., but this version is much easier to setup over the v2.2.

Thanks again. Nathan
