TPS wont Calibrate no rpm no fuel pump FIXED

Morning Guys

I have installed micro squirt v3 preassembled unit into my 22r hilux

i have used a tps from a falcon

intake manifold from 22re

440cc injectors HI

Ats gm came with kit and the coolant temp sensor gm came with kit

fuel pump is a in take el falcon pump'

INNOVATE mtx-l wide band gauge / controller

2 bar map sensor gm



Problems i have have I am wanting to use microsquirt for fuel only. I have all of my sensors wired up, including OPTOIN+ (Ampseal pin #30) to the coil's negative terminal, and connect the OPTOIN- (Ampseal pin #31) to a 12V source for engine speed

i cant get a rpm signal , i tested the wire using the rpm feature on my multimeter and it gave off good signal

TPS wont calibrate when i test it with a multimeter im getting signal earth 4.91v in and a .3v 0% throttle 4.7v 100% throttle but in tuner studio im constantly getting the numbers 62 full throttle and closed throttle

fuel pump isnt being triggered not sure if thats cause i have no rpm

all other sensors are working fine some one please help ill upload my msq file ..if some one is in perth i will pay $ to come have a look

Are you getting spark when you crank it?

And yes getting spark I sprayed crc in the throttle body and it stated .. Then ran out of crc and died p

Corrupted ecu from factory updated firmware and it worked fine
