EDIS spark plug choice

Post by anonymous.shyster »

Hi,

Just wanting to know what spark plugs should be used with the EDIS. I know that it will have to be the same thread pitch etc. however, I want to confirm that it should be a resistor type plug. I've heard that the gap should be 1.1 - 1.3 mm, correct? I bought some W24EP-U Denso plugs, but I don't think they're the resistor type. :( Might work ok if I don't use the radio, who knows!

Quick question. If they're not resistor type plugs, could I just hook up two suppressors to either coil?

Just wondering, why not just hook up a couple of suppressors?

If I do have to go a resistor plug, can someone please refer me to someone who sells Nippondenso plugs? Cannot find anywhere in Australia stocks them (except some kart racing site, that wants to charge a factor of three times the prices in US). One site had the audacity to make me sign up before telling me the postage was going to be $60. Why, why, why?
