Two O2 Sensors?

Post by molybdanum »

I'm just starting to look at installing EFi on my BMW R100, which has one exhaust per cylinder (it's an aircooled twin). Should I use two O2 sensors? Can Microsquirt use two O2 sensors (looks like it can't)?

Thanks

The Microsquirt does support dual O2 sensors; just wire the second one to the Spare ADC input wire (pin 29). It's not required, but if you have reason to suspect the two banks won't have quite the same AFR it could be helpful.
