That is strange about the fuel pump. I just re-ran your data and while it was running the fuel pump light on the stim was on. I pulled the plug on the wheel simulator and in 2 sec the pump light went off. When I plugged the wheel simulator back in, the light went back on immediately. So I don't thinkl this is a software or configuration problem. I would check the wiring to the relay plus see if it feels hot, or it may be a bad component on the board.

Now remaining to tune this bike... I'm so afraid i don't like only 2 wheel
Today I look it and i see only engine, 2 wheel no more!
