running MSnS-E/MT225/029q2/v3/straight 6 cyl/crank fired wasted spark

Am I simply missing something simple here?? It seems like once my car is well warmed up... over all, across the whole range the car seems to run leaner! Even my idle VE numbers need to be adjusted down to lean out the idle.

It simply seems like I must not be setting some single varialbe somewhere amonsgt the tables or something.

I idle at 12.5 (as the stock carbs would have) After initial warm up, and the temp gauge (on the dash and on the 'puter screen) at 180°, IAT stays around 95-110° or so even after well warmed up (no IAT heat soak??)

So Im a bit lost here. Other than this slight anomoly the car is running GREAT!

It should run leaner once warmed up. The extra heat in the intake and combustion chamber helps vaporize the fuel more...the better the fuel vaporizes, the more gaseos like (air like ) is it....it mixes better with the charge air and burns more evenly...so you get a more efecient burn with the same about of fuel as you would with a cold engine. That's why you need to add fuel when the engine it cold...to make sure that there is extra fuel for the large unvaporized droplets that don't mix and burn.

Try adjusting you entire table up a few steps ( trable transform---> O Shift, and put in like 2 or 3 at a time until it comes to where you want it. You may have to go back to your warm up values an turn them down a few percent too or you may be overly rich on start up/warm up...depending on how much you have to lift the VEtable.
