ignition settings MSD mustang

I have a 90 mustang with gt45 turbo. using megasquirt2 controling everything. I run an msd box as well. What should my igniton settings be?

skip pulses ?
predictor algorithm ?
predictor gain % ?

NEXT PULSE TOLERANCE

cranking % ?
after-start % ?
normal running % ?

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These are the settings I run on my 400 with the MSD dissy and megasquirt firing the MSD6AL through the coil driver.

skip pulses: 3
predictor algorithm: last interval
gain: 20%

Next Pulse Tolerance has to be adjusted accordingly to how good your tach signal is. My settings with my Probillet dissy are..

Cranking: 66%
After: 45%
Running 20%
