20v turbo general settings needed

hi all

i have a vw 20vt running using msns-extra v3 board 029i

im after some general settings so i can get it running better at the moment its running wasted spark via cop

i dont have a timing light so i guessing the timing is way out as it just wont idle or rev much without stalling
trigger angle 60
fixed angle of -10

it not to bad at starting had problems with my fuel pump so until i can get it to an auto electrician its powered by a fused toggle switch


can anyone help

I'm also using v3 pcb with msnse. I have a US 2.0 ABA engine which utilizes a bosch 60-2 trigger wheel on the crank. To the best of my knowledge the following are the correct settings for using a VR sensor:

I can't confirm if your trigger wheel is the same as mine though. Here's a pic if it helps.
