IT STARTS! 1999 Saturn SC2 w/MSII Now what?
Ok so for the first time after three tries I got it "idling." Now I haven't dared to hook up the bypass circuit for my ignition control module. The engine surges somewhat. Seems to be searching for a AFR. Battery voltage is holding clean so can't be that for now. But my main thing is it idles at about 1500 RPM. Anyone have any tips on how to configure the idle air control settings on a Saturn? I changed the Start Value from 160 to 220 and reset the MS and that seemed to slow it down a little. Then all I did was play with the idle valve value at the highest coolant temp. Didn't notice anything changing much. OK anyhow thanks for the help so far guys. KUDOS. I'm off to read the tuning manuel 5 times over again!
