going back to MS1?

version 2.2 board
megasquirt 2
megatune 2.25

so i was running MS1 for simple fuel control and converted to MS2. i temporarily want to run MSnS-e which means converting back to the MS1 processor. what steps do i have to take to go back? i tried to simply swap the processors but that didnt work.

The swap should have worked without a problem. What changes might you have made to the board when you switched to MSII?

proboner,

You have to remove the 12V supply to the 40-pin socket if you installed it, and you need to use mtCfg.exe to activate the appropriate INI file for your new code, as well as setting the CODE_VARIANT.
