I recently finished turboing my car. It is an OBD2 saturn. I was running the MS NA for a few months so I know the runaround of it and it was working fine prior to turboing it. I have a base map off of someone with a similar setup and am attempting to use that in order to get me started semi decent. I reset the req fuel values and changed his values that should be different to my values (he had low impedance inj, I have high imp).
Basically, every time I try to start it, no matter how low the fuel input, I flood the thing. You can smell gas after 5 to 6 attempts like the mixture is REALLY rich. I have tried taking off some of the enrichments, decreasing the reqfuel by half, decreasing the cranking PWs to .1 for both and it still is not even sputtering. When I pull the fuel pump/injector fuse and crank it over to get all the excess fuel out, sometimes it starts for a good 2-3 minutes until all of the gas burns out (scary huh?). I just want to get this thing idling before I go to change the oil.
I have tried using my N/A map and simply change the values for the injectors (reqfuel) and it still wont sputter or anything. There was an incident the last time i ran the car on MS that might be related. My car had sat for 2 weeks in really cold weather in december, the map was tuned pretty good, so i started it up and let it warm up for 5-10 minutes. I went back out to hop in my car and it was flooded. I didn't really inspect for reasons, but it had been ran at that temperature before so it wasnt the warmup enrichments. I ran the car on the stock pcm to the garage where it sits now and havn't ran the MS since until now. Both incidents have flooded my car and I am thinking maybe something internally is causing this. I had the unit built for me so it is more difficult for me to diagnose a problem internally but I can still take a look.
Thanks for your time, I know it is long
