I am running a turbo charged LPG 4 cylinder in a BMW

http://zymo.homemail.com.au/bmw2.htm

My map starts at 10 deg and up to 20 deg total all in by 3500rpm. Probably too high in the rpm though. This is at 100kpa. Under boost it runs 12 deg total. None of this is dyno tested. It goes hard so I am ...

Thanks Lance. I have another question though, The reason for me upgrading the software was to be able to use the port config util. Now it seems that only the 2.5 INI file has this in its menu's. Now that is fine and all, ignoring the startup warning......, but currently there is no 2.5 S19 I can use ...

Hi all

I just upgraded to the latest 2.25 MT and am having some fun all over again with getting the thing set up.

Firstly, on page : http://www.megasquirt.info/ms2/code.htm

MSII software and firmware

Hi all

A couple of things I wanted to ask about.

1. Does any one else have issues with the 'real time display' hanging after a few minutes use?

2. Rev limits - I can set either fuel cut or ignition retard in the software. seeing as I am running a turbocharged LPG setup, I have no injectors to cut ...

Hi all

OK, so after much head scratching, swearing and many ciggies, I managed to sort out the ignition issues on the SR20DE motor.

First up I set the rotor button to be centered on cyl 1 plug segment. At this point the closest optical 'window' was about 90 degrees away. I rotated the optical ...

I was thinking about that yes. The inversion thing I mean. I actually have the coil powered off the fuel pump relay to avoid the possibility of the coil being powered when the engine is not running.

I should mention, the reason I went with an external ignitor was because of how roasting hot the IGBT was getting in such short time.

Something is not quite right here I think.
