PSIG -

Thanks for the info. I'm using a TWM FPR that is regulating my kjet fuel pump (about 70psi) down to about 43psi. I do not have a manifold reference line so nothing to pull.

What are some other ways to diagnose a noisy FPR?

This happens between about 2000 and 4500 RPM and a MAP range of ...

Using PWM to quiet noisy injectors?

Has anyone used the PWM feature to limit the current to hi impedance injectors to quiet them down? Are there any issues with running the PWM duty cycle up around 75%-90% with hi impedance injectors?

I'm running Delphi/Lucas injectors rated at 24lbs and 12.2 Ohms. At a specific range of injector ...

Jedrik,

I do have decel set at 85% but it does not solve this specific problem since as you said it only cuts in while the throttles are moving. Decel cuts the fuel for the duration of the throttles moving from WOT to closed on a gear shift but then the mixture goes out of control like I described ...

Thanks lance, that information helps a lot. I think I can remove a MAP bin in a linear portion of my VE table and add a MAP bin down around 20 or so. There seems to be enough variation with my setup in that range to warrant an entry on the VE table to keep the mixture under control.

VE value calculation when outside table range?

I've been driving my car daily now for the past several weeks and have the basic tuning set the way I want it and even have AE pretty close. I'm now looking at the finer details of tuning and have a question.

My ITB setup idles with a MAP of about 50 so I set the lowest MAP row on my VE table to 40 ...

Thanks for all the replies. I just received my 45mm bodies last night.

I expect to run into a little trouble tuning the off-idle response but it looks like others have done it so it must be possible...

I'm keeping a close eye on the status of v2.6 code with XTau in the Beta forum as well.

The ...

ITB size for a 2.0L 4 cyl engine

I'm trying to replace a set of Weber 40 DCOE carbs with DCOE replacement ITBs. I've been waiting 5 weeks for an order with 40mm ITBs and was just informed that it will be another 6 weeks to get them. At this point I don't think they really know if/when they will be made so I'm looking at other ...

I did not look at the IDM signal, I might try the next time I'm working on the car. I read somewhere on this site that someone traced the CTO and IDM and found they were connected together within the EDIS module.

I traced my tach input circuit and found a two stage r/c filter going to the input of ...

EDIS CTO signal - scoped

I've read all the EDIS/tach threads I could find and could not find this information so I wanted to post it and see what others thought.

I just got my MSII with EDIS up and running ignition only for the time being. When I first tested EDIS w/o MS connected my tach worked fine using the CTO (EDIS ...
