I started the car today on the MS with the stock injectors and NA map. I am going to try to start it up with the same map, with adjusting the req fuel/cranking PWs to the larger injectors. Wish me luck!

I think if your running it with 12 cylinders and 12 injectors configured to mask a tach problem you better fix that one first or you are just pis$#@g into the wind.
What firmware are you using on the MS1, I cant open the MSQ file.

Ok, so i ran the car on the stock computer and injectors perfectly fine. The car really dumped a ton of fuel, I had so much gas in the oil it wasnt funny, I mean, it had to have added probably 3 quarts to the total amount of oil. I changed the oil and ran it fine on the stock computer as said above ...

I am thinking that one of them is stuck open, but all of the spark plugs have gas on them after it floods.

Also, I opened the MS case and nothing is broke or damaged/fried so it isnt the internal workings of it.

Check both CLT and IAT thermistors.
Both sensors are reading correctly. Both are reading about ambient~60 degrees.
