Hi,

I didn't use it during starting. Just when driving fully warmed up. I had a look at the AFR readings and they look the same. The changes made to both VE tables are also the same. It only seems to take quite a bit longer to get things changing in VE table 2 and I wanted to know if the parameters ...

Dual Table automatic mixture control

Hi,

finished my MS-2 installation yesterday. After a bit of fiddling it started and since then I managed to tune the cold and hot start behaviour and parts of the VE tables using AMC. The funny thing about this is that the changes in VE-table 1 are bigger than in VE-table2.
In parts where a lot of ...

Hi,

I´m trying to do the same on a Rover V8. It seems that with autotune you can tune only one VE table at a time.

The AMC feature of the 2.6xx version seems to be able to do both VE tables at the same time.

If I understand correctly the EGO correction (using the AFR tables) will work on both ...

Hi Matt,

yes I know. The autotune works nicely but like I said only on one table at a time. I read about the AMC in another thread and hope that version 2.6XX will be ready before my car is.

autotune with dual tables

Hi,

I connected the input circuitry to JS5 and SPR4 (wich was not hidden under the MAP sensor) and modified the stimulator for an output to pin6.

Works fine.

What doesn´t seem to work though is autotune. Well it works on one table at a time but not on both simultainiously.

Is there a fix for ...

Hi Matt,

thanks. Do you use the standard IAC stepper? If so maybe you could sent me the setup (open value etc.). This would make things easier for me.

Hi,

thanks for the quick reply!

So if I understand this right it would mean that for a second sensor I would:

1. duplicate input circuit (R10, R11, C10) on proto board
2. connect the input to SPR1 (PIN3 on DB37)
3. connect the output to JMP JS5 wich is connected to AD6-1

using a second wideband sensor on a Rover V8

Hi,

this is my first post on this forum. I just finished building my Megasquirt (V3 board with MS-II v2.36). Thanks to the very good documentation it worked right away (on the stim....) and I tried configuring it for my car (a 1997 Westfield with a 3.9 Rover V8 with EDIS-8 and innovate LC-1).

One ...
