Sounds like your over run settings are not set up correctly. Make sure the tps vaule is the RAW value and not a percentage, if the FE is anything like the f2t you could try my settings:

The car is extremly hard to start and I have no idea where to begin when it comes to the cranking enrichments as well as the afterstart enrichments. It doesn't like to start hot or cold.
