i have seen a 355 iat on a dyno, and a real crappy intercooler, i don't think it can possibly be correct

I have a twin SC 355 and I know that the temperatures can get this high at high pressure ratios. The SC doesn't care if it's boost or vacuum and you'll have high P/R at idle. If you have a by ...

Do you have a by-pass valve?

I have a setup with two twinscrew chargers on a 355" chevy and when I measured my discharge temperature at idle it was 75ºC (167F) with closed by-pass and dropped to 45ºC(113F) with the by-pass open.

Re: Saab DI Cotrol with MSII ???

so far i understood that the DI cassete uses a voltage to across the plugg for ionization till TDC is reached when by the preset advance and timing parameters the DI controler sends the signal to ignite the mixture.
(if i didnt missunderstood the whole thing, then i have to re-read the whole thing ...

Message #23389 on the old Yahoo list also has some good info on how to do this.

From tbitz:

Thought I'd pass on this info.

Here is how I measured the injector open time using the megasquirt
ECU. Firts the engine was brought up to temperature so no

It is my timing table. I'm no expert, but I think the numbers in the advance table .vex are "raw" 0-255 corresponding to -10 to 80 degrees. If you open it as a text file the numbers make no sense.

This .vex is for a 355 chevy. Victor Jr heads, 7.8:1Cr. Tested up to 160kpa on 98RON.

Per, I saw your PM but was not able to attach anything so you have it here instead.
