Alright the "dave cap" is installed and there doesn't appear to be any spikes. Driveability is pretty good but the power is just not there. I need help with what to do now.

I am using MS-1 w EDIS mods not being used, ignition is a durspark system with a Jacob's Omnipak. I still have a horrible tach spike problem so it just won't run well at all.
