Is it THAT big of a difference that I should start shopping around for a nicer set? What will be the drawbacks; less torque, worse idle and worse emissions?

Good info! Is there anything else in the code I should be concerned with, or is it simple to just add a few lines, seeing as I don't have $70 to get a new MS2.

I'll have to order the newer MS2, as my first generation MS2 can't support the new code. Out of curiosity, what version of the embedded code did this get implemented in?

Alright, I am going to play out in the garage today and try different capacitors and attempt to smooth out that TPS flutter, since I do not have the time to learn C. I'll post what I find!

Has there been any more work done on this front? I am finally getting around to smoothing the edges on my MS2 install, which means I need to lower my tpsdot value from 1.7 to something more practical, around 1.0 or so. I cannot put it at 1.0 because of the false accel enrichment triggers ...
