Silkscreen pic for microsquirt module

I want to alter a few resistor values on the VR1 input circuit but half the component numbers on the silkscreen are unreadable due to via's etc.

Could you post up a pic showing what the silkscreen is supposed to look like?

Cheers,

logic level tach trigger inputs

What is the best way of using an external VR conditioner setup with the microsquirt?

The toyota 4age dizzy pickups can cause a lot of problems with tach resets and ive found a setup that works.
However the mdule doesnt have logic level inputs for the crank and cam pickups.

Will the microsquirt ...

Re: toyota 20v 4age afm with microsquirt code

Awsome.

What is the best way of getting a voltage vs maf flow table to start with?

I have an old datalog with rpm, map, afm volts, mat etc from when it was running SD but logging afm volts.
Is there an equation I can use to work it out? or will it be close enough to use as a starting point if I ...

toyota 20v 4age afm with microsquirt code

I wish to use the standard toyota 4age 20v AFM with my v3.0 ms2 ecu.
It looks like the only option is to load the microsquirt code.

The afm is a flap type and provides a 0-5v output, but full load is close to 0 volts and no load is close to 5 volts.

Will this work with the microsquirt code? or ...

However, in general Bruce has said:

- For the VR circuit, when the VR sensor transitions from negative to positive, the crossing is zero crossing, and this is the intended polarity for the VR sensor trigger. The VR circuit inverts it so the neg-to-pos VR transistion becomes pos-to-neg digital ...

I had the same problem with an unstable idle. Wideband said it had an afr of about 4:1 (very rich) and diddnt have much vacum. then I richened it up to almost double the ve and now it idles fine, has much stronger vacum and has an afr of 14.7:1

Should the AFR below 90kPa change with revs too? or just be the same throughout the rev range?

What is a safe table to start off with? and how do I turn on autotune?

How do you know what to set the tables at?
