Hi g60peru
I think you will find the only value that effects PWM is the freqency (under the control menu), the other stuff is for 4 wire only. If you look here http://www.megasquirt.info/megatune.htm#sd I think you will find anything that has "IAC" next to it implies 4 wire only (the other stuff ...

Problems with Bosch 2 wire PWM Idle Valve

G'day g60peru By chance are you "hi side" switching (ie the PWM is via the +12V and not sinking the return line)? If you are you will find that will create a lot of noise on the +12V supply. Few options in this case: 1) Change over to sinking the valve (ie supply the valve with +12V from maybe you ...

RPM Averaging

Hi All
Have a question on RPM Averaging in MT with respect to MS2
I have generally left my RPM average lag on 100% but just noticed when I cut a section out of one of my logs the RPM varying up to 40- 45RPM on a steady state cruise condition, this was in a period where I noted my car giving minor ...

Thanks Guys
Appreciate the input, as fate has it I do have a 3/8NPT port on my filler tube, just need a bit of extra tube + fittings. Sounds like a good week job.
I was going to use a single in tank system except the vehicle I choose to use had a problem with bad connectors leading into the swirl ...

After months of searching for answers, modifying things I didn't know what else to do! I do suffer with heat soak (like lots of other people seem to) but I'm not sure if it has a lot to do with my base problem, some days the fuel pressure seems fairly stable and other days it's not quite so good ...

Hi superelbert
I tried disconnecting my vacuum line just to see if the pressure stabilised but made no difference (just increased the pressure as expected). I have a new regulator on order, hoping that might change things?

Cheers

My motor is but a baby compared to yours, (351W) with about 50kpa at idle, when I scoped the MAP output you could see every cylinder compression stroke, I think you need to tackle that with the software filter and some sort of vacuum bottle (fuel filter) as suggested in the manual.
If your using MS2 ...
