IAT doesn't read and gets 12 volts

Im using a Microsquirt module 2.2m

From my understanding the IAT should have 5v but i get 12v. i went through and checked with a multimeter to see where and what volts i get.

I found i get 5v at vref and coolant temp pin
Also get 5v at one side of R7 but 12v on other side but it reads 2.39ohm ...
