from looking at the manual for the GSXR100. the thicker pipe is for the map sensor.

I think the idea is that the second set kick in at high rpm with high gas flow fireing in to the end of the trumpets. think you would get fuel puddling at low rpm.

The dual table code will fire the first set up to a set rpm and then join in with the second set when required.

Any idea of the flow ...

hi

They are not on yet but i think i will use the warm up for a while, its only the same as MS shutting off a valve at a preset temp.

That bit is on my CBR600 bodies as well, its a thermostatic choke valve.

The Suzi bodies are better spaced to fit on a DOCE manifold so the car guys love them, hence the price.

I would just rig it up to the choke cable you have now.

I think your correct about the coolant controled warmup. i am sure it could be replaced with a stepper motor if you wanted a lower idle, most bikes tend to tick over quite high (1.5-3k) and than drop as they warm up.

Hi

If this is the same sort of thing as my CBR bodies then the thing on the top is
Idle/warm up and works by bleeding air through bypass holes. if you look at the inlet side of the bodies there should be some small holes the go to the outlet side of the butterfly.
