Thanks a lot for help.

It was really a firmware corruption issue. After I loaded the firmware again and created MANUALLY a new .msq file (based on the initial one) it run instantly and without problems.

It's 9 degrees in my garage actually! ;-)
I will check what's wrong around the IAT-sensor.

Furthermore I will reload the cody and generate a new .msq by taking over all relevant data manually.

I will report on this during next weekend!
