thanks jms but whats got me worried is.

AFR/Lambda it idles at 14.7 but goes into the 15+ if i rev the engine also when it gets warm goes into the 15.3

dont think that is right?

anyone help,

i got my 2.1 zetec running on MS-I , its just a bit rough when first starting up idles rough even if you try reving it allittle, but after about 7-8 seconds if foot is off pedal it idles ok at about 1300 rpm, but i can hear engine missing slighty every now and then, i dont mean missing ...

only other thing it could be outside m.s is ur relay did u change it for another.

ok any ideas why transistor it is ?

can only see q2 and q7.

im getting the exact same problem,. fuel pump runs constantly without priming and going off after 2-3 secs,

if i dissconnect m.s completly the fuel pump dont run, so i know it must be a problem with the m.s

i even tryed upadaing firmware like other did but i dident work.

so far i have not ...

ok i have got my zetec turbo running but ive has to dissconnect the inlet pipe so theres no boost,

someone said i need to retard the ignition when it comes on boost, my spark table is wrong & the spark table needs to be adjusted for boost

anyone anyone know how i do this?

im useing v2.2 and ...

so if im running 10r resistors in paralell on injectors, am i right in think i need

PWM Time Threshold to 25.4 msec,

and the

PWM Current Limit 100% ?

is that currect ?

as currently its set at PWM Time Threshold to 25.5 msec, / PWM Current Limit 75% ?

low impedence injectors, does pwm always has to bee 100% and 25,5 ms?


just curous as im useing bosch 803 low inpedence injectors with 10r ohm resistors in paralel.

just wondering whever the pwn should it always be at 100 and 25,4? with these resistors in line?

also wanted to ask was, the PWM current is at 100%

and the PWM time threshold is 25.5,

im running low impence imjectors with 10r ohm resistors on each which gives a total resistance of 12.2 ohms, which gives me
a running current of about 1.0 amp.

so what will i need to change the PWM current ...

any ideas what i should change idle revs too mate?

also does this constants page 1 req_fuel for bosch 803 382cc injectors look ok?
