hyperman,

Right click on one of the gauge in MegaTune, and swap to voltMeter. Then that gauge will tell you what MegaTune thinks the voltage is.

If it is below 10 Volts (8 on the stim) then look closely at R3 and R6 to make sure they are the correct values, properly soldered, and not solder ...

Wel I have access to the controllr now but the strange part is i'm not getting battery reading anymore.
When is try to download a file (with right ini) I get another error mesage saying: Controller voltage too low for reliable flash burning.
When i measure the 12V it gives a reading 11.5 on both ...

I have looked at the realtime display and I counts normal when the connection drops skip the seconds it went of.
I also check all the wiring and the reading were ok. My guess is that my laptop is the problem. I took an old laptop from work to try it out but this one only has a 8 bit transfer and ...

I have seen that part of the manual and I did according to that.
Is it possible that it cannot connect due to the fact that the sourcefile i want to use was made with a different code version?

I've installed a megasquirt II and ik got megatune running. But I have a strange problem with connecting to the MSII unit. I just installed my MSII but when I put the car on contact I hear a sparking noise in the engine bay and all dashboardlights fade. This concludes in an earthlink. When I pull out the injector fuse this sound goes away but then the megasquirt doesn't respond at all.
