I really could use some feedback on this problem. Is there more info needed that I did not post?

You need to copy the .ini file from the 029q file into the Megatune directory.
The 029q file should have a .bat file called "copy.ini". Clicking that should copy the file to where it needs to be in Megatune.

Looks like a Megasquirt 1 Version 2.2 PCB.
Try reflashing the firmware to your MS so you have the basic starting point.
I`ve attached the MS baseline for you.
Also you will want to download the latest Megatune or what ever tuning software you prefer.

I am working to get my MS1 ver3.0 MSnS-Extra to control my stock BAC valve. I have tested using the stim and in "warmup" mode I can see the FIdle
LED go from dim to bright in response to coolant teemperature changes. If I have it set for "closed loop" instead of "warmup" the FIdle LED only blinks ...

What is "target idle" when you speak of target idle and activation adder?
