How to upload microsquirt firmware to an MS2

I've just started to megasquirt my 944 Turbo. And my main motivation was that I've found in this forum already working solutions.
This car has 2 VRs. A 132 teeth wheel and a single reference wheel.
I've bought a MS2 from a friend but I had to realize that MS2Extra doesn't support the 132 teeth wheel. I alwasy get a conflict when trying to set up the 2 wheels. It seems that only Microscuirt can handle this wheel setup.
I've found this page which states the MS2 could be converted to a Microscuirt.
But I cannot find any info on how to get this 3.830a MicroSquirt® code running on my MS2.
