I have a mondeo MAF sitting on the bench, is it needed? also is there any advantage in connecting the zetec Camshaft sensor?

many connectors are standard 2 pin, which of them are polarity dependant, cant find any info on this. Fidle, does it need a relay? what fuse rating? Fuel, have connected lp and hp pumps with swirl pot - suggested fuse rating? best circuit site for inertia switch?
microSquirtv3 was shipped with base map - what firmware version do I have to enter into tunerstudio - first power up later this week.

VERY CONCERNED!
injector wiring, conflict noticed, circuit diagram shipped with ecu shows injector 1 and 2 connected to pin 9 and injectors 3 and 4 connected to 10, but the online quickstart shows them connected as injector 1 and 3 on pin 9 and injector 2 and 4 on pin 10 :RTFM:

Other than the above, ready to add oil coolant and a battery and go through start up prep!

No, but you can use it if you have its calibration curve.

Not with B&G code.

Temperature sensors and injectors are not polarized even if the connector is. Some other devices are. Consult the factory wiring diagram.

You can run it off the fuel pump relay; 2.5 amps would be fine.
Fuel, have connected lp and hp pumps with swirl pot - suggested fuse rating?
Depends on what pumps you're using.
best circuit site for inertia switch?
We usually don't use them.

If your seller provided a base map, ask the seller what firmware it is on. But I'd just have TunerStudio auto detect the firmware.

I've seen them paired every which way. Not sure any combination has a real advantage.

thanks for taking time to come back, looks like I am worrying too much!
preparing for the start, thought it might be a good time to add coolant and fuel, rad I bought a year ago and unused until now has a leaking header................
