Supercharged & water methanol

Hi
After successfully installing and setting up the Microsquirt system to my V6 Duratec, I have decided to upgrade the engine to a reasonable moderate Supercharger system plus water/methanol injection which will only kick in on WOT.
My question to the boffins is: What effect will this will have on the wideband sensor when the water mix hits the sensor, are there any settings I can do to that system? Also where would be the best position for the air temperature sensor bearing in mind that most of the time the engine will be running in N/A due to the by-pass valve system (same as a Mini Cooper S)? Also are their any other pitfalls I could encounter when starting to tune other than setting up a boost map, I intend to start up on the original N/A map just to check all is well, but will not be run on road tests until I have installed a boost map.
Any info on this would be greatly appreciated
Regards Alan
