Tuning
My name is Robin Davis and I live in Indianapolis In….I have been working on my 270 Baby Hemi for 7-8 years trying to get it to run on Microsquirt II..I do have it running but I need a tuner…I have paid bunches of money to people here in Indy to help me but they cannot help for some reason..I will not mention any names.
I have a Microsquirt 2 Serial V2.88 Embedded code by B & G MSII rev2.886000.
I will pay somebody good money to help me tune this Truck. The engine is in a 1936 Dodge Brothers Truck.
If you are in a 5-6 hour drive I can bring the truck to you…Or I will fly you to Indy and pay all of your expenses I am desperate!!!
It does run but needs tuned..I can get you logged into my computer and you could see what it doing and happy to pay for all your time.
It would be easier to explain on the telephone.. You can call me at 317 403 0276 Please leave a message if I don’t answer..
This motor has been bored out to 30 over and has a mild cam ( I don’t have the specs with me at my office). It also has Ross Pistons.…Sonny from Mooneyes in California sold me his first EFI unit through a guy in Tennessee but the tech at Mooneyes disappeared before we had it running. This motor has 3 Stromberg replicas that have 2- 19 lb low impedance injectors in each Stromberg mounted on a Offenhauser intake manifold from Hotheads. It starts but it is hard to start because I’m sure I don’t have the cold start setup right. I am running a LC-1 Innovate oxygen sensor. It will run kind of decent at about 1800 rpms but does not want to idle very well. It run pretty god at high rpm,s. I have been using Tuner Studio tuning program.
Again any help would be greatly appreciated..I am not afraid to pay good money to get this running..
Regards,
Robin

Re: Tuning
If no one has contacted you, you might get some help from the forums if you posted in the Tuning section and provided your MSQ and a datalog.
