Map sensor always above 85KPA usually over 90 KPA

I'm just starting to get tuning, and I was hoping to tune with autotune. My setup is a 2 stroke snowmobile and my MAP reading is high. I was hoping to put the snowmobile on a jack stand and start tuning the VE table, so that I could ride and tune from that. When I was reading into Autotune it wont adjust the VE table under high load (>90KPA). The MAP sensor is installed about 1/2" down stream from the butterfly valve.
What are my options, it seems to run fairly well and it's on a unchanged megatune VE and AFR table. Do I change the Bins in the VE table to start @ a higher value and change the upper limit MAP reading for Autotune??? (this seems wrong) Or should I tune the acceleration enrichment and wait for snow to tune.

Just out of curiosity, you have calibrated the MAP sensor or double checked the vacuum with a vacuum gauge.

I have calibrated the MAP sensor it is a standard GM 3 bar MAP sensor from diyautotune. The map sensor gives me very believable readings during start up. I have not vacuum tested it, what do I need to vacuum test it and what is the procedure?

Sorry, I meant put a vacuum gauge on the engine, the old fashioned mechanical type, just as a double check. How high does it read, as its been running?
Reason you could scale your VE map to skew around the higher kPa readings, as I did this with one of my bikes (idle was 70+kPa), but it doesn't get round the autotune limit.
PS You might be able to ask Phil Tobin aka LT401vette whether he can mod the TunerStudio software or give you some pointers if you post this query in the TunerStudio section

The highest it read is about 93-94KPA and that is when it's spinning a 40 lb track, I'm going to have to find a vacuum gauge. I've also got some battery issues @ the present moment so it's going to be a couple days before I can get all this checked.
I'm really excited about this project and I appreciate all the help I've received on this forum!!!!

Earlier tonight I was able to check my MAP sensor reading with a vacuum gauge. the sensor is reading correct. Just switched over to tunerstudio, with a new netbook to do the tuning. wow! I think these new tools will simplify the tuning process alot!
