Some tuning questions

Back running with my bike project, MicroSquirt base code with 2.891and working mostly Tuner Studio.
I wondered if two "VE" tables might be utilized/ stacked to gain more resolution on the map side of the bins?
One table seems to lead to a compromize on which zones to focus on, and as well, generous boost levels tend to take away available table levels even more! I've read a bit about additive tables, but not sure that refers to this situation?
As well, mine is a 2 lung engine that may be exibiting some pulsation leading to other stability factors. Both inlet tracks have small orificed fittings leading to a small manifold that has a "mini" reservoir combined to buffer out ripples, for the map sensor. I'm not sure one can desensitize the map (more) to calm it, without encountering other con factors regarding the job it is supposed to be performing?
Lastly, with my LC1 wide band 02 system and analogue gauge, it works very accurately, but as presently configured - tends to have occasional/ semi frequent aggressive reading swings (which I'm not sure is actually the case or not). This can happen with the reading going beyond limits at which time the LC1 system seems to shut down and leave a blink code till engine is killed/ started again. I have played with the LC1 settings before (on its controller), but wondered if there would be wisdom in chasing down fine tuning there, or look to cure that in another way (could be significant number difference between VE table cells, again perhaps an issue to be cured with 2 additive tables if possible).
I've watched some "U" tube tuning views of other MS projects and noted some pretty calm or very minorly varying AFR readings happening. I assume that is what most others have attained with their tunes?
Thanks for help, can now come back with a few data logs if that is the way to go (have gone for a new lap top this year and DIYA serial adaptor which seems to be working very well).

:RTFM: I read through various posts and found I had asked related questions (& received help) previously relative to the dual table usage - My bad.
Running today, I feel I have reasonable enough map stability and VE bin cell behaviour is getting calmer, so I will stick with a single table. I played with cold start settings and low rpm ignition settings which seemed quite productive. I have settings rather rich while getting the cold start nailed.
I have attached a data log & msq if there is any interest in viewing. This is during a cold warm up, one can still see occasional migrations of the AFR value (well into the fifteens) which I do not understand.
Any comments valued.
The attachment 2011-05-21_16.39.20.msq Cold start improved and data log to post.msq is no longer available
