No AFR read with Mircosquirt

Hi Folks,
I have run into an issue that I can't resolve on my own ad I'd need some good ideas/hints.

On my last log I had no AFR signal and so I checked everything on the bike and the sensor / controller.

- WB sensor and controller work. Confirmed on the stim with my "old" V2.2 MSI. AFR read is 19 in free air and changes when near open flame.
- Bike wiring is also ok now. Sensor ground (pin 21) had an awkwardly high resistance measured to ground, so I made a new ground point here. It now has ground contact.
- The O2 wire is also functional. Resistance between (Pin 34) on the AmpSeal 35 pin connector and the WB controller is 0 ohms.
- When unplugging the AmpSeal and turning ignition on you can measure 5V (=AFR 19) between Pin21 and 34 as I'd expect.

So the Microsquirt "should" see the right voltage, but it shows 0V EGO-voltage.
I also suspected a misconfiguration issue as TunerStudio on Linux had an error when doing the AFR calibration.
Switching to WinXP and MegaTune made the AFR calibration work, but the wrong AFR read is still persistent.

What could I have missed ? (I'm fairly experienced in MS I, but not really in MS II)

What O2 sensor setup are you using, and what data did you enter in under Tools-> Calibrate AFR Table?

I'm using a TechEdge WB and I have chosen that option in the drop-down menue of the AFR calibration as well as in the ini-section of the project.

Latest Updates:
Calibrating with the "free" entry 0V = 9 and 5V = 19 also did not work.

I hooked the Mirosqirt to the stim and there you also have no AFR read.
In the past I actually had that problem when using TunerStudio on Ubuntu Linux. Unfortunately I can't recall the exact solution; for sure I remember it involved burning some settings to he ECU on Windoze with MegaTune, so I'll try to start from scratch.
I guess I'll update to the latest code (either B&G or msnsextra), create an blank project, insert the ini-files from the new code and then enter my necessary settings step by step.

Check to be sure the voltage coming out of the Tech Edge is where it should be.

Checked and confirmend. It's 5V in free air.

What AFR does the Microsquirt read at that point?

Problem resolved.

I used WinMerge (a file comparism tool) to check msq's that had the AFR running against that one that has not.

Found the EGO control was the cause.
As I have a twostroke and I don't have the O2 sensor in all the time I wanted to deactivate the ego control, so I put that to disabled. If you do so the AFR does not work anymore like described above.

Now I set the controler authority to zero and the sensor to WB single.
