compare mega and microsquirt by the same .msq file

hi,dear sir:
as title,i use the same .msq file and the same engine(cefiro vq2.0) on megasquirt and microsquirt,just change option for megasquirt or microsquirt.
than i found that mega shows rpm value is about 800 and microsquirt shows rpm value is about 4000.
does my microsquirt have some problems?

and i use microsquirt on my 50cc, 4-stoke, one injector engine,i have changed my option for skip(36),singale crank wheel.and i can't see the rpm.
if i want to see the rpm,i must setting on no dual spark option.and the rpm is twice than real rpm.and when i tune my engine i found my engine rpm
is shut down when arrive about 5000rpm,so i am confused by these problems.

because i found microsquirt vr input is not well connected and now i connect my vr sensor output to microsquirt hall channel to see the rpm,or my rpm is flounce even not shown.
